♡ Does Cloud accept returns or refunds?

We accept returns now! The following are the conditions of returning an item:

• Cloud Tag must still be attached to the product
• Product must not be damaged (no stains, rips, etc.)
• Return window: 30 days from date of delivery
• Buyer pays return shipping
• For a return request, customers should email us at hello@cloudmodestapparel.com, we will provide an address where items should be returned. This address is separate from the address on our shipping label.
• Refund will be granted after item is returned and analyzed for any damage.
• Hijabs and under caps are final sale and cannot be returned.
