♡ What is the free shipping policy?
Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $125 (before taxes) with shipping destinations in the 48 contiguous United States. Rates for the other states and territories will be calculated at checkout and varies by destination. Orders less than $125 will be charged for Standard Shipping.
♡ What methods of shipping does Cloud use?
Cloud Modest Apparel primarily uses USPS and UPS. All orders are shipped from New York.
If your order has been:
- Lost in transit
- Falsely states that it has been delivered
Please contact the USPS or UPS. They will be able to locate the delivery driver or postman much faster than we can.
♡ Does Cloud accept returns or refunds?
We accept returns now! The following are the conditions of returning an item:
- Cloud Tag must still be attached to the product
- Product must not be damaged (no stains, rips, etc.)
- Return window: 30 days from date of delivery
- Buyer pays return shipping
- For a return request, customers should email us at hello@cloudmodestapparel.com, we will provide an address where items should be returned. This address is separate from the address on our shipping label.
- Refund will be granted after item is returned and analyzed for any damage.
- Hijabs and under caps are final sale and cannot be returned. ♡
